Shipping Information

All orders from Le Brow Bar are shipped from our studio in Montréal, Canada using reliable, tracked shipping services.

• Domestic (Canada): Shipped via Canada Post Express Post (3–5 business days)
• United States: Shipped via FedEx (approx. 5–7 business days)
• International: Shipped via Canada Post Express Post International (approx. 10 business days)

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Free Shipping

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $175 CAD before tax.
Orders below this amount will be charged a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Le Brow Bar is not responsible for delivery delays, customs processing times, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, you will be responsible for the return-to-sender fee, which typically equals the original shipping cost.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders (including U.S. customers), customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.
Le Brow Bar is not responsible for these additional costs, and customers are solely responsible for any such fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

At Le Brow Bar, the quality and integrity of our products are our top priority. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty products, whether opened or unopened.

All clothing, swimwear, accessories, and jewellery are final sale.

Exceptions may be made for unworn, unused, and sealed items at our discretion. Approved returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@lebrowbar.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
